Clients Outside Ontario

Our firm is based in beautiful Toronto, Ontario, and we provide legal services to clients located: 

  • in Ontario and other provinces that have signed the Mobility Agreements and implemented applicable rules (i.e., most Canadian provinces other than Quebec); and

  • in the US and other countries, if they are looking for Canada-focused legal services.

We are currently working on opening an NYC office from which we can offer US-focused legal services as well.

British Columbia

We know there’s a lot of green and psychedelic business going on by Canada’s Pacific Coast. We’ve checked the rules and we’re happy to work with BC clients subject to applicable requirements (i.e., in the capacity of “visiting lawyer”).

If you are based outside of Canada, we can only provide services regarding activities occurring in Canada at this time. In 2025, we plan to expand to the US.
