Canada: We're looking to hire another lawyer. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in Ontario or BC (dual Canadian and US licensing is a plus). The position would ideally be full-time, but part-time is workable. It is fully remote, but some presence in or around Toronto is also a plus (ability to work in Canada is required). The candidate should have experience in corporate law and an interest in sustainability and/or psychedelics, though litigation and/or immigration law experience is also a plus. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

United States: We are looking for a New York-licensed lawyer to work for the firm on a part-time or of counsel basis, though the position may evolve into a full-time role depending on circumstances (USD$50,000-$80,000/year).
