We offer flat-rate pricing for many of our legal services to give clients clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Whether you're launching a green startup, offering services in the psychedelic space, or navigating a housing issue, we ensure you can access top quality legal support at reasonable and predictable rates.
For work falling outside our flat-fee packages, we offer hourly rate billing based on the experience of the team member assisting you. This flexible structure allows us to tailor our services to your needs—while keeping things transparent, honest, and aligned with your goals.

Legal Advice
30-60 Minute Consultation

Varies by lawyer, length
This option provides you one hour of time to discuss your matter with a firm lawyer and obtain legal advice, with no additional obligations. If you engage the firm, the consultation cost will be applied against your first bill.
Litigation Packages
Case Review & Advisory Opinion

If you’re considering appealing an LTB decision to the Divisional Court, or commencing a claim in Small Claims or Superior Court, this flat-fee case review package will help you get a sense of whether it’s worth pursuing. We’ll assess your case and give you an honest opinion based on our legal experience. This step is required for clients looking to file an appeal or seek judicial review.
Divisional Court Month
$4,000
This package includes all legal services needed to appeal or seek judicial review of an LTB decision to Divisional Court for a flat monthly fee. Applicants must first complete a Case Review. Respondents can skip the review.
Representation at a hearing requires purchase of a separate hearing representation add-on package. Filing fees not included.
Small Claims Month

The Small Claims package provides legal support for individuals or businesses pursuing or defending a claim in Small Claims Court. It includes drafting and filing required documents, organizing and reviewing evidence, and legal guidance throughout the process.

HRTO Month
$3,000
The Human Rights of Ontario (HRTO) package provides legal support for parties pursuing or defending a housing-related claim at the HRTO. It includes drafting and filing required documents, organizing and reviewing evidence, and legal guidance throughout the process.

Superior Court Month

The Superior Court package offers legal support for parties involved in matters before the Superior Court of Justice. This package includes preparation and filing of pleadings, evidence review, and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Hearing Representation

This option covers legal representation at a hearing on a per-hearing basis. It must be combined with an applicable subscription month package, which covers all preparatory work leading up to the hearing.

• Incorporation and initial return filings;
• Articles of incorporation (with B Corp legal element if needed);

• Share certificate (for-profits only);

Social Enterprise Startup (Incorporation & Minute Book)

Psychedelic Integration Coach Legal Starter

This package offers essential legal support for psychedelic integration coaches to operate responsibly and reduce legal risks. It includes a one-hour legal consultation on risk and compliance, a follow-up best practices document, a tailored services agreement with disclaimers and liability waivers, and a website review. Additional terms apply.
The 'We Got This' Package (B Corp Certification)

The ‘We Got This’ package is designed for established companies ready to complete the B Corp certification process with expert support. It includes filing articles of amendment, creating social and environmental bylaws, drafting employee/contractor handbooks and satisfaction forms, completing the impact assessment, and preparing a ‘Getting to 80’ letter if needed. We also help organize your minute book to ensure everything is ready for submission to B Lab.
