Basic Startup (Incorporation & Minute Book)

Our Basic Startup Package is a flat-fee option covering the essential legal steps required to properly form and organize a new corporation or nonprofit. Here’s how it works:

  • For a flat fee of $820 (Ontario incorporation) or $720 (Federal incorporation), our lawyers will incorporate your new company or nonprofit and handle all required filings.

  • We will also assemble a complete corporate minute book, including organizational resolutions, registers, ledgers, and share issuances or membership records.

  • The flat fee includes related government filing fees and disbursements (e.g., NUANS reports), except for extra-provincial filing fees.

This package is ideal for founders and organizations seeking a properly structured legal entity without the complexity or cost of a bespoke corporate setup.

If you already have a draft structure in mind or need guidance on whether to choose federal or provincial incorporation, we invite you to book a consultation with our lawyers to discuss next steps.

This package is subject to additional terms and conditions. Pricing reflected is subject to applicable taxes.
