Paralegals for LTB Matters
As of October 1, 2025, with some exceptions, we no longer accept new LTB matters - only reviews, appeals to Divisional Court, or other housing-related cases coming before the Ontario Small Claims, Superior, or Bankruptcy Court.
However, we have selected a few paralegals below whom we feel comfortable recommending to those seeking legal assistance with a new LTB matter. We chose these paralegals based on our relationships and experiences with them, or referrals from others.
We have accepted no material incentive to list any of the paralegals on this page. In some cases, we may have asked them to refer Divisional Court appeals and other cases to us if they believe it is appropriate and in the client’s best interest in a given circumstance, but doing so is not a condition of their being listed, nor will any party involved receive a referral fee from the other.
Marc represents clients across Ontario, including landlords and tenants at the Landlord and Tenant Board, plaintiffs and defendants before Small Claims Court, as well as applicants and respondents at the Human Rights Tribunal. He also provides services as a Notary Public and Commissioner of Oaths.
