One month of legal support for housing issues subject to the LTB, including legal advice, filings, evidence preparation, and negotiation. Doesn’t include hearing representation. Renewable as needed.

LTB Appeal Review and Advisory Opinion
Flat-fee case review and advisory opinion for LTB decisions. We assess your case and advise if an appeal to Divisional Court is worth pursuing. Required for applicants seeking our help with appeals; optional for respondents.

Divisional Court Appeal Month
Full legal support for appealing an LTB decision to Divisional Court, offered at a flat monthly rate (excluding hearings and court fees).
Appeal applicants must first complete an Appeal Review—if we take the case, the cost goes toward the first month.

This option covers legal representation at your LTB or Divisional Court hearing on a per-hearing basis. It must be combined with a subscription month package, which covers all preparatory work leading up to the hearing.
