*As of October 1, 2025, with few exceptions, the firm is no longer accepting new Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) cases. We will continue to accept cases pertaining to review of an LTB order and/or appeal to Divisional Court. We also accept landlord and tenant cases in Small Claims, Superior Court, and Bankruptcy Court. Full legal support for appealing an LTB decision to Divisional Court, offered at a flat monthly rate (excluding hearings and court fees).
Appeal applicants must first complete an Appeal Review—if we take the case, the cost goes toward the first month.
