Divisional Court Appeal Month - $3,200
Our Divisional Court Appeal Month is a flat-fee option covering all legal services pertaining to the Divisional Court appeal of an LTB order. Here’s how it works:
On a renewable monthly basis, for a flat fee of $3,200 per month, our lawyers will handle whatever needs to be handled to file, pursue, or respond to a Divisional Court appeal. Note: subscription months are renewed upon request, not automatically.
Hearing representation is subject to an additional $800 add-on package.
However, the flat fee excludes any related filing fees or expenses (e.g., process server fees).
Those looking to file an appeal must first complete our LTB Appeal Review and Advisory Opinion package, though its cost is credited toward your first month if we take your case (this will not be required for those seeking to engage the firm to respond to a case).
For those looking for assistance with an LTB review, please see this page. Or, if you’re looking for assistance with a new or prospective LTB matter, please visit our Paralegal Referrals page, as the firm no longer accepts new LTB cases.
This package is subject to additional terms and conditions. Pricing reflected is subject to applicable taxes.
