Court or Tribunal Hearing Representation - $800

The Hearing Representation package covers representation by one of the firm’s lawyers at a hearing. The cost is the same regardless of the forum (e.g., LTB, Small Claims, Divisional Court, Superior Court, etc.), length of the hearing, or its outcome, including if it is adjourned.

This option is only available as an add-on to an active subscription month package, which covers all preparation work leading up to the hearing. This package cannot be purchased on its own, since hearing representation requires considerable preparation. An applicable subscription package will cover the other necessary legal work required so your lawyer can attend the hearing ready to win.

This package is subject to additional terms and conditions. Pricing reflected is subject to applicable taxes.
