Superior Court Month Package - $4,000

Our Superior Court Month is a flat-fee option covering all legal services required to advance or defend a Superior Court action. Here’s how it works:

  • On a renewable monthly basis, for a flat fee of $4,000 per month, our lawyers will handle whatever needs to be handled to file, pursue, or respond to a Superior Court proceeding. Note: subscription months are renewed upon request, not automatically.

  • Hearing representation is subject to an additional $800 add-on package.

  • However, the flat fee excludes any related filing fees or disbursements (e.g., process server fees, transcript costs, etc.).

Before engage the firm for a Superior Court Month, those seeking assistance may be asked to first complete a Case Review & Advisory Opinion package. If we take your case, the cost of that package will be credited toward your first month (this will not be required for those seeking to engage the firm to respond to a case).

This package is subject to additional terms and conditions. Pricing reflected is subject to applicable taxes.
