Paralegals for Landlord and Tenant Board Cases
As of October 1, 2025, with some exceptions, we no longer accept new Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) cases. We will only accept LTB reviews, appeals to Divisional Court, or other housing-related cases coming before the Ontario Small Claims, Superior, or Bankruptcy Court (see our Housing Practice page for more details).
Below are a selection of paralegals we can confidently recommend for those seeking assistance with new LTB matters. We have accepted no material incentive to list any of the paralegals on this page. We have informally asked them to refer Divisional Court appeals and other cases to us if they believe it is appropriate. However, doing so is not a condition of their being listed, nor will any party involved receive a referral fee from the other.
