AI Policy

We’re a proudly all-Millenial and Gen Z firm that embraces technology and innovation. We use various artificial intelligence (AI) tools — including ChatGPT, Spellbook, Gemini, and other legal technologies — to improve the quality, speed, and affordability of our legal services.

Although AI is not yet capable of fully understanding context or exercising the judgment expected of a competent lawyer, we believe firms that fail to adopt these tools will be at a competitive disadvantage compared to those that do. Accordingly, we regard continuous application of new technology essential to fulfilling our commitment to delivering the most effective and knowledgeable representation for our clients.

(And yes, AI was used to help craft this policy.)

How We Use AI

Legal research and drafting

Document review and summarization

Improving internal workflows

Supporting client communications

These tools help us work more efficiently while reducing both costs and errors.

Our Commitment to Privacy and Ethics

We are committed to using AI in a responsible and ethical way. To ensure protection of sensitive client information:

  • No confidential data is shared with AI systems unless it’s confirmed that data will not be used for training purposes.

  • All tools are used in accordance with professional standards and applicable privacy laws.

  • AI is always used to assist — not replace — human judgment.

Any and all cases discovered by means of AI direction are verified and read to ensure they (i) exist; and (ii) can in-fact be used as suggested. Legislative provisions referenced by AI systems are likewise verified to ensure veracity.
