The “We Got This” package is a flat-fee $4,000 offering designed for established social enterprises ready to complete the B Corp certification process in Canada with experienced legal support.
It includes:
Filing articles of amendment;
Creating social and environmental bylaws;
Drafting employee/contractor handbooks and satisfaction forms;
Completing the impact assessment; and
Preparing a “Getting to 80” letter (if required).
All documents are organized in the minute book to ensure readiness for submission to B Lab.
