Our litigation practice handles personal, commercial, and environmental cases (including appeals) coming before the Ontario Divisional Court, Land Tribunal (OLT), Small Claims Court, Superior Court, and Bankruptcy Court.
With some exceptions, the firm generally only accepts matters bearing a connection to one of our focus areas of sustainability, psychedelics, and housing.
